I urgently need help!

As many of you know who saw this on Facebook, I posed this question:  what do you do when someone you've spent months consulting for won't pay you, not even the promised transportation expenses, and yet has found the money to try to hire others? Public shaming? A new Go Fund Me so I don't get evicted? I've tried numerous appeals but didn't get anywhere.

There's been a problem most everywhere with the appeals to new blood to run for office, to counter the frightening wave from the right. However, there seems to be so much that the candidates with energy and desire to run don't understand.

#1 You have to pay your staff. You can't make promises and think that everyone has the ability to wait forever.

I have been the staff member that has thrown herself in and not gotten paid. All appropriate action has been taken in the matter which will be handled by the Campaign Finance Board but for now, I'm in trouble because nothing will happen before the end of the week when I need to make sure I still have a roof over my head.

I hate to do this but thank you for the support.
