Scoggins' Fire Recovery Fund

Dear Community,

A local family desperately needs your loving support. Last night, as many of you know, a tragic homefire occurred on Midhill Road in Martinez, and the Scoggin's family lost everything.   The firefighters who so bravely responded said that if a few more minutes had gone by no one would have survived.

My daughter Caitlin, lived in this home with her boyfriend Jessie, and his parents Alan and Mary Pat.         Longtime residents of Martinez and a loving family of five they find themselves, along with their beloved pets, homeless and in need of help. 

As all of you can imagine, the devastation of suddenly losing everything you own is a situation none of us would ever want to be in.  This is why I am reaching out to you.

Whatever you can find in your hearts to give we would so gratefully appreciate.  If you would like to donate any clothes or household items this would also be so helpful.
