Help Jerry keep his home

I’m fundraising for a wonderful and sweet man by the name of Jerry Prokes. Jerry is challenged with both mental health issues and heart disease. His father has cared for him over the years however he passed away. His mother passed away many years ago leaving him with no family members to help out. Jerry is living in their family’s small, run down home which he cannot afford. His disability limits him to working two low paying part time jobs with no benefits. His income is $4,400 a year. The goal is to keep him from becoming homeless and keep him in his home. He is in jeopardy of losing his home because he is behind on real estate taxes ($4400) and mortgage payments ($2400). The next installment is due in September ($4300). We are trying to raise enough to cover what’s owned this year and have next year covered. To meet this man is to love him. He is not related to me or my family however we have gotten to know him and appreciate the effort he is making to support himself. Jerry lives in Tinley Park IL. Please help.
