Legal costs for an abused child

My daughter was getting sexually abused by her biological father I went to police and social services.
The correct procedure of interviewing her were not followed.
The Police actually arrested him questioned him and released him without taking statements from my daughter or myself.
I stopped all contact and he took me to family court where the judge didn't listen to anything I had to say even though my ex partner threatened me in the court room in front of both the judge and my Barrister.
His then girlfriend also lied on oath and denied my daughter was witnessing bad domestic abuse between them.
My daughter continued to say that he was sexually abusing her, all professionals ignored this even though she told them. I broke the court order because of this and took it back to court but the Judge refused to look at new evidence I had from an independent source stating I had not applied for it to be used as evidence he then ordered me to deliver my daughter to her father by 6pm the next day and said I was going to be sent to jail the next day for breaking the order.
That night I went home packed our bags and left the country I left my husband, my home, my family and had to take my girls to a foreign country on my own with no support from family.
I have been gone for nearly 3 years and since I have been gone her father has been sent to prison for domestic abuse and not allowed near his other children.
No one believed me when I told them what was going on but the truth has come out since his x girlfriend has pressed charges and admitted my daughter was present during domestic violence but, the police have still continued to make me out to be a criminal and have had me charged with abduction!
I'm currently in court at the moment trying to fight this and get justice for my daughter to prove what a disgusting man he is and what he done to her she has to see a psychiatrist 3 times a week because of everything he did to her.
I can't afford to keep paying legal fees and no professional will take my case without money. my family have been stretched to there limits and we have no more funds available to keep fighting please help get justice for my little girl.
The offender qualifies for Legal Aid.
