24 hour Ski Erg Challenge

Are you up for the Challenge?

On the 14th March at 8am the 24 hour Just Ski Nice Challenge will be kicking off, with teams of 4 skiing for 24 hours to raise money to support the Just Be Nice Project, finishing at 8am on the 15th orf March.

Working to ensure that everyone has access to support into good mental health, employment and housing, the Just Be Nice Project is a social enterprise unlike any other and wants to create this charity going further then Australia by reaching out to help others in need worldwide.

So get your gym community and mates on board and pull together a team of four and join us at The Pitt in Prahran on the 14th to see how far you
can Ski in 24 hours.

The PITT Prahran has 12 Ski ergs and can host 12 teams of 4 so sign ups at this gym will fill up fast.

BUT.....

This is not exclusive as we want you to attempt it at your own gym with your own team and help fight for the rights of others that aren’t as fortunate as some.

Our aim is to raise $5000 which is 50 teams, we don’t want to make this exclusive so please take part on any ski erg you can get your hands on. Literally!

ALSO... In your teams of 4 you can break up the time anyway you want on the Ski Erg, eg: 15mins each lets you have a 45min break until you go again in your rotation. You can also break it into 5 minutes at a time giving you a 15 minute rest. The Minimum setting the damper can be on is 4 and no lower. The goal target is  300km for each team.

Make sure you bring food and hydration liquids on the day. You will need all the energy you can get over the 24 hour period.

$100 per team which will be donated into our go fund me page.  $25 each person in your team if you were to break it down.
