That is why in April I will be going back to my missions base to dive into God's word to anchor my life deeper in Him. For whatever career path or country I am led to serve Him, I believe this training will plant seeds in my heart to bear fruit into eternity. God's wisdom and truth is vital for my future. So I am trusting in God's leadership for my life, trusting He knows my heart for the nations to share this love story of our Lord!
The Discipleship Bible School will give me an overview of "God's story" and will help me discover the purposes of God throughout the scriptures. In the three months I will be reading the entire Bible, observe the chronology of biblical events, better understand each book in its historical context, understand the harmony between the books, be able to recognize the different genres of literature, and for each book, know why it was written and what the main idea is.
