Jacob's Heroes

As some of you know Jacob is our 4, soon to be 5, year old little boy who has Spinal Muscular Atrophy. He has been a healthy little boy despite his physical disability up until April 27th, when he went into full cardiac arrest. Since then we have been in the PICU at Wolfson's Children Hospital. Jacob had to have a tracheostomy to help him breath more comfortably! My wife and I have barely left his side.. Thankfully my job is very understanding of the situation and has promised me a place in the company once he is out of the hospital. Unfortunately the outside responsibilities haven't stopped and we are falling behind. Any and all help will be tremendously helpful and appreciated.
