On April 26, 2016, Adam was unexpectedly taken from this earth far too soon leaving behind his two children, Jay and Kamry, as well as many friends.
Adam was such a charismatic person that it's no surprise that he was a friend to so many people. Since his passing, we have received a tremendous outreach from friends asking what they could do or how they could help.
Unfortunately, Adam did not have any life insurance and had not prepared for final expenses. For most of us, it's easy to think that we have plenty of time to worry about those kind of things.
Due to multiple requests, we'd like to provide an avenue for those who feel compelled to donate. This memorial will specifically assist the family with his final expenses and related costs.
*Any unused funds will be donated to Cumberland Heights Scholarship Endowment for Alcohol Treatment.
