Mike's Medical Expenses

Mike Wilson has been through the ringer for the past several years. In 2009, at the age of 43 he had his first hip replaced and the other hip replaced 6 weeks later. He was in pain for years and they kept putting it off due to him being so young and they finally they had to do it.He had a shoulder replacement in 2012. After much difficulty with that he ended up at Mayo clinic to have the shoulder redone for a second time due to complications.  His daughter had major back surgery in 2011 which left them with overwhelming medical bills between all the surgeries and had to file bankruptcy. 2014 he had his right ankle fused which makes it hard to walk on and of course drive a car. With all that he unfortunately in Feb 2015, was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. It has metastasized to his bones and he is fighting daily that the cancer doesn't get to his major organs. It is in his spine, chest and pelvis. He has to be given a shot once a month for the rest of his life, which is very expensive. Recently he has developed Lymphodema in his right leg. His lymph nodes aren't circulating blood properly  and is very painful. There is no cure for this.

Medical bills are overwhelming, along with everything else. He fears one day not being able to walk his daughter down the aisle on her wedding day. Both Mike and Karen are hard working and they do not ask for anything, and that is why their friends wanted to start a Go Fund Me Campaign for them. Any donation will be much appreciated.
