Hi, my name is Noah. I’m a 25 year old transman from London.
I have struggled with my gender identity for as long as I can remember.
I have recently started my transition and slowly I’m starting to finally feel like myself!
My problem is that the waiting list with the NHS is excruciatingly long. It would take me several years just to get an initial appointment.
Because of this I resorted to private medical care, which is obviously quite pricey.
My mental health was deteriorating quickly, so that was my only option.
I am looking to have top surgery, which would enable me to live truly as ME.
Because of the high cost of top surgery in the UK, I will be traveling to Warsaw, Poland in March 2020 where the cost of surgery is significantly less, however every bit of help would be very much appreciated, seen the high cost of private care.
My goal is to raise £3500 which would cover the cost of surgery.
