2019 Pi Kappa Alpha Fireman's Philanthropy

Summary: The Pike Fireman’s Challenge is an event on the Tempe, AZ Arizona State University campus hosted by the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity on March 21st-24th. Participants will include the brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha along with Tempe Fire Department, and any other organizations that would like to participate. There will be competitions and fundraising opportunities that will raise money for the Tempe Firefighters Charities. Each organization will be competing against the other participating chapters. The winner will be determined by the team who accumulates the most points by the end of the events. Points will be awarded based on placing in each event, member participation, as well as the addition of accumulated bonus points at the end of the PFC.
Charity: We donate 100% of the money raised to Tempe Firefighters Charities. We do not deduct from the funds raised for any operating expenses. 100% of your donation is tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.

More information about Arizona Fallen Firefighter Memorial: The United Phoenix Firefighters Association, Inc. was established in 1963. Its original mission was to provide facilities for the attainment of social, charitable and educational needs of Firefighters and their families. Since its inception, The Firefighters Association has greatly expanded its role within the communities it serves. By the nature of its jobs it continually responds to and resolves crisis situations. The Association's belief is that with proper education and awareness, many of those emergency situations could be prevented. It is the organization's goal to develop, administer and fund educational and awareness programs that save people's lives. The Association's mission is to make the community a safer and better place to live.
