In October 2014, Next Level Experience launched a pilot Mentoring Leadership Program to support seven students attending a Charlotte, North Carolina high school.
We are excited to share that this year's class consists of 12 passionate, eager and excited Youth who want to make a difference in the world.
Your donations will bring thier dreams to life and allow them to experience a life-changing trip to DC where they will visit the White House, US Capitol, meet with executives and network to build a better future!

Waleed Bississo SVP at Bank of America
Waleed joined Bank of America in May of 2003 and has held various roles to include the
Market Performance Manager, Consumer Market Manager, Process Designer, Initiative/Integration Manager and Readiness Manager. In his current role as a Design and Integration Readiness Manager, Waleed is responsible for the readiness of the teammates across the Consumer and Small Business Bank. This includes ensuring the teammates across the bank have the tools, resources and knowledge necessary to exceed their clients’ expectations.
Waleed received his undergraduate degree from the George Washington University, a Master of Science in Marketing degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Johns Hopkins University.
Larry Parrish
CEO – Next Level Experience
Mr. Parrish serves as the Chief Experience Officer at Next Level Experience, LLC. Mr. Parrish has been advising and delivering a world-class customer experience and developing and growing talent for over 20 years. He has held senior executive positions with Bank of America for over 10 years. During his time at Bank of America, his market, which consisted of 40 branches, led the country in customer satisfaction. Most recently, Mr. Parrish was the Service Optimization Executive for Bank of America overseeing a team of leaders who were focused on increasing customer satisfaction across all 5,500 branches. In addition to this role, Mr. Parrish led the national Summer Youth program for Bank of America across 4 cities. His work with the youth focused on creating and empowering future leaders. In 2012, Mr. Parrish saw an opportunity to help small and large businesses and communities understand the importance and impact of delivering on the customer experience and grooming their talent to become future leaders.
As a youth growing up in the Kenilworth neighborhood of Washington, DC, Larry understands the power of having strong positive mentors involved in your life. Therefore, he wants to take his passion for empowering youths by bringing them to the Nation’s Capital, Washington, DC for a weekend of education, networking and leadership workshops.
We want to make this weekend a memorable experience for these students as this will be their first-time visiting Washington, DC. We are confident that your support will help us empower these youths to make positive choices today and tomorrow! Help us help our future leaders.
