Progressive Arts & Campaign Funding Launch

I have an idea that would support arts organizations first regionally, and then nationally, and perhaps one day globally. It would also eventually be organized in a way that there would be a branch of the organization that could support candidates for elected office that support the arts. Super PAC) One other aspect I see for this organization is to include in the hiring pool people who aren’t generally good at being able to keep a job because of anxiety or other disabilities, physical or emotional/mental. This wouldn’t be an organization like Winona ORC or Winona DAC, or Goodwill, it would be a place where someone’s past job performance would be based on when they were at their job and able to complete their assigned tasks. Need to get the idea off the ground with some seed money. Could you chip in a bit to help me down this path? I think this spark could light a sustaining fire, help with some kindling won’t you?
