Hoke Hart needs your help!

Update: Thank you so much to New Life Pentecostal church in Corrigan Texas for getting Bro. And Sister Hart so much closer to their goal!  $1,455.00 of the $2000.00 goal has been met! This is for my father and step mom (Nanna). Hoke and Genelle Hart.  He's in his 80's and has post polio syndrome. He can no longer walk on his own. My step mom is in the 4th stages of congenital heart failure. And she's tiny. Most of the time he cannot go to the Dr, church or even for a ride. Him and Nanna both love church. He has a lift on the back of his suburban for his wheelchair. My step mom waits till he gets into the vehicle via the wheelchair. Then she takes it to the lift. Gets it on there and locks it down with straps. She has to run the straps through the wheelchair frame, put the hooks through the holes in the floor of the lift, and pull them as hard as she can to tighten them. All the while holding onto her cane. Lifts the lift and covers the chair in case of rain. She bungee cords the cover around the chair. It takes her 20 to 30 minutes. She can barely do it. It really wears her down. Most of the time my Dad is trapped at home because he is worried about what the whole process does to her and he can't do this for himself. He doesn't want Nanna to get hurt or sick.He has the opportunity to get an older handicap van ( behind them in the picture). The person selling the van said that he could give them cheap monthly payments if they could come up with $ 2,000 down. The total cost with tax, title and license is around $8,000.00 Please help. This would give them the freedom to take care of themselves. A freedom we all want in our golden years. Thank you for anything that you are able to do. God Bless.
