I have recently established a Community Interest Company called RV-ONE which will help the people of our community that struggle with mental health injuries. 

Our MISSION is:

To rehabilitate the mind using functional fitness, creativity and adventure.

The money raised from this campaign will be used to fund mental health coaching and expeditions with our first expedition being the National 3 peaks challenge in May 2022. In the long term I would like to raise enough money to provide a hub within the community to provide support for mental health.

I am fortunate to have a strong team that assist me with my mission and with your kind donations and support we can achieve our mission. 

We are already providing free fitness classes, days out, coffee mornings and more. We would like to thank you in advance for your support and welcome you to the team.
