Money for meds and necessary documents

I lost my ID and birth certificate during a move from Virginia to New Jersey and ended up losing my job due to the fact that they weren't able to complete my I9 without my ID 

I can't get my ID back without my birth certificate and I can't even afford either of them and probably need to pay for transportation to get to the places to even get these documents back 

Now I'm also being forced to detransition because without ID I can't get lab work and without lab work my doctor won't refill my medications. I've already gone about a week without my progesterone and am going to be running out of estradiol and spironolactone within the next week 

Transition literally saved my life as it alleviated tons of depression I had. Please donate, or share for visibility. I'm at a loss of what to do right now
