1st marathon in aid of Irish Haemophilia Society

Donation protected
Hello Everyone,

My name is Dylan and I'm running my first ever marathon in Dublin this October!

In order to make the pain worthwhile I thought I would raise some money for a good cause.  With this in mind I've chosen the Irish Haemophilia society (IHS).

The IHS is a professional charity based in Ireland and provides support and assistance  to people  with haemophilia , von Willebrand's disease and other inherited blood disorders.  They  do an enormous amount of work to  provide information, education, publications, outreach and support, advocacy, hospital and home visits. They also organise conferences and events for people with inherited blood disorders and their families. In essence they strive to improve the quality of life of their members and the wider community.

As haemophilia affects members of my family and friends, it was an easy decision in choosing to raise money for the IHS.

Any donations are welcome, small or big!

If you'd like to track my marathon training and progress - you can follow my Strava account (if you have one) - just search Dylan Ryan.

Thank you in advance to everyone <3
