Jackie Hicks

Jackie Hicks is 4 years old and as of 6 weeks ago has been in children’s hospital with a rare genetic disorder.  He is confined to a bed other than physical therapy 3 times daily, 5 days a week. Jackie has been diagnosed with a progressive mitochondrial disorder called leigh’s Disease.  To make matters worse, he actually has a form of this that has yet to be seen.  There is no cure and limited treatment... this truly is a nightmare diagnosis.  This disease has caused him to have painful spasms in his hands, legs and feet.  As severe as this is for him he still manages to smile and is a champion in everyone’s eyes.  We are taking each day as it comes with our faith in Christ as a family ever stronger, trusting God will heal our little boy!   Please join us in the prayer march on his and the families behalf!  “For if God is for us,who can be against use”.
