Newtown Police Officers

Newtown officers that responded to the school shooting were so effected that they have yet to return to work. They have had to use personal/sick time and are looking at going without paychecks once that time runs out. I can't imagine what they witnessed, or the crime scene images that haunt them. As a wife of an Officer, the thought of these Officers having to deal with financial issues along with the emotional trauma is something I can not stand by and let happen. 100% of every cent raised will go directly to the Newtown Police to help these Officers financially so they can concentrate on finding a way to emotionally get through this. I plan on personally delivering the check once this goal is reached. We can show these Officers that they are no longer the forgotten victims, that we realize what they have gone through, the stuggles they continue to face, and let them know that they are not alone. If you are a fellow Officer, please help our "Blue Family"...
