15k Challenge - help raise funds for local community centre

On Sunday 27th July 2025, myself and 8 friends & family have decided to go enjoy the challenge of completing the Tough Mudder event in Skipton, Yorkshire.

The event we have decided to go and do is the 15k, 20 obstacles; which includes a fair bit of mud, icy water, a bit of crawling and climbing to your heart’s delight. Whilst my family may be able to complete this, I may need a few weeks to recovery!

When we signed up for the event, we knew that completing it would be a great achievement but we we decided to look at raising money in aid of a small voluntary led community centre, St Mary’s Community Centre in Leyland.

The Community Centre put on many activities to support the local community such as having a furniture scheme, a food bank, community lunches, a warm space for those who need it.

We are raising money to benefit the Community Centre so they can continue to put on these activities and any donation will help make a huge impact. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this because it means a lot to us.
