100 Mile Walk for Tanzania

Donation protected
Last year when I visited the townships of South Africa I was completely blown away by their gratitude for our gifts and their determination to live happily in such a low quality of living space. From this point onwards I was looking for someway to help people in Africa. I now have the opportunity in the summer of 2015 to participate in a two week community service project in Tanzania.

To start my fundraising for this amazing experience, myself and two friends are planning to walk the 100 Miles from Winchester to Eastbourne on the South Downs Way (www.nationaltrail.co.uk/south-downs-way).The cumulative ascent is the equivalent to climbing Mt. Everest. We are planning to walk an average of 25 Miles a day, for four days; pitching up our tents to appreciate a more basic lifestyle. The 100 Miles is very symbolic because it is the overall average a family of five in Tanzania will walk everyday for their various needs.

I think we take for granted what is always available to us. Help me make a difference to the people of Tanzania by sponsoring me.

Thank you for your time and support,
