We are a nonprofit boxing gym located in Newtownabbey County Antrim. The Evolution Boxing Club ,which has been ran since 2018 by volunteers to provided a family enviorment to keep kids away from drugs, gangs, and violence. All the gym volunteers are not only coaches, but also role models and mentors. We believe that boxing teaches discipline, builds character and self esteem. By focusing on these key strengths, we motivate the kids to excel in life. We are asking for your donations for basic gym essentials. Please consider making a donation.
We are in need of several new punch bags , some gloves , headguards and several other accessories for the club.
We're asking for you donations in order to provide our kids with these essentials. Without your generosity we will never be able to afford these. Most months our club subscriptions are only enough to cover the rent. Evolution Boxing Club helps to provide a positive alternative, through the sport of amateur boxing, to high risk youth. Within our first year we achieved numerous titles in competitions throughout the country and now with an ever growing number of members we aim to go on to achieve the same and more in the coming season in 2019
There are a variety of concerns about different types of social problems that our youth are confronted with today, such as: gang involvement, drugs and crime. Our club encompasses many adult figures such as our coaches, officials and other supportive volunteers who are role models for our young athletes.
As an organized sport, amateur boxing is a healthy discipline for our youth. The art of boxing impacts a multitude of constructive behaviors and attitudes, traits we try to instill in our athletes. As an organization, we are dedicated in supporting our athletes to succeed not only in amateur boxing, but as productive members in our society.
