Ethan Martin's Eagle Scout Dog Park

My name is Ethan Martin and I am working to create a dog park in the City of Spooner. This project will help me achieve Eagle Scout while meeting a community need and I'm seeking financial support.
Washburn County has sold many dog licenses in the last year yet space has not been provided for exercise and socialization. My family raises jack russell terriers and understands these needs. The City of Spooner has generously approved 1.74 acre lot for this dog park and I plan to begin preparations on August 1.
Considering the cost of fencing, benches and obstacles, I estimate the park to cost $8,000 to the City Code. Any contribution would make a positive impact in the Spooner Community.
