Send Steph to Quebec Crashed Ice

Donation protected
As a lot of you know last March Redbull Crashed Ice came to Edmonton for the first time. I have looked into the event for many years and with my home city being the host of the event, I thought this was the prime opportunity to try out. I travelled to Leduc where the qualification rounds were held. I sat there for numerous hours(with the company of my great mom) waiting to get a chance to try out. I came out as the fastest female in the Edmonton and area tryout and as one of the fastest in the country, and was headed to the championships in March.
Not getting much time to prepare or train, March came very quickly and before I knew it I was standing at the top of the fastest, longest, steepest and most technical course ever built by Crashed Ice. I got a few training runs on the track in the days leading up but it seemed like the Saturday of the race arrived very quickly.
The first few female heats were underway, and I made it to the semi finals. I ended up placing 6th in the world in the Redbull Crashed Ice competition. Not too bad for a rookie!!! Not to mention never doing anything like this and going up against some women who train for this all year.
This year in order to compete I need to get to the four races to earn more points to compete in the championships.I do believe that I have what it takes to make it to the championships again this year and improve my world ranking. With your help I can get to Quebec to the first race!
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you to those who donate!
