CAMPAIGN PURPOSE:
The ENERGY STRONG Canada Awareness & Advocacy Campaign will be designed to INFORM, EDUCATE & DISPEL MYTHS to EMPOWER and UNITE Canadians with concise, accurate facts and information about Canada’s responsible, innovative and ethical energy industry. More than 80% of all Canadians DO NOT live in proximity to the energy industry and therefore are not aware of its importance to the overall health of the Canadian economy.
The campaign will be ON-GOING, BEFORE and AFTER October 2019, regardless of the Federal Election results. Canada’s energy industry affects the livelihood of all Canadians and will continue to for many years to come.
The more Canadians that are informed about the importance of Canada’s energy industry, the more Canada can become an ENERGY STRONG nation and become less unfairly influenced by anti-energy political agendas, foreign funded groups and uninformed activists who are inaccurately discrediting the energy industry built by proud Canadians.
Established as a result of coast to coast requests from EnergyNow.ca’s followers, the ENERGY STRONG Canada Awareness & Advocacy Campaign will focus on the importance of all areas of Canadian energy development including oil and gas, wind, hydro, solar and more.
WHY A GO FUND ME CAMPAIGN? (ENERGY STRONG)
From fact based research to content creation to distribution, a successful campaign requires resources, A LOT of resources. The Initial Funding Phase of this ENERGY STRONG Canada Campaign will allow Canadians from coast to coast to participate, whether you can donate $50 to $500 or more! To be ENERGY STRONG....WE HAVE TO INFORM AND EDUCATE CANADIANS BEYOND THOSE WHO DIRECTLY WORK WITHIN IT.
WHO WILL BENEFIT?
Everyone who benefits from a healthy Canadian economy and the future of Canada’s #1 revenue producing industry. will benefit from this campaign. The energy industry creates jobs and revenue that improves the lives ALL Canadians by contributing to social programs, education, healthcare and infrastructure across Canada.
