Get Emily to IMTA/LA!

IMTA is the International Modeling and Talent Association. My name is Emily Flores, I am twenty-one years old and I have been selected to represent the agency that I train with; Seattle Talent as an Actress, Commercial Print Model and songwriter in the 2018 IMTA - LA Convention. I am currently seeking sponsors to help finance the cost of participation and travel in the upcoming IMTA convention.


Growing up I was very involved with fine arts. I’ve done various type of dance for years, including ballet, hip-hop, jazz and tap. My favorite part has been choreographing dances for school shows, dances for diplomatic ceremonies in Saudi Arabia for the American Embassy.  I have played multiple instruments such as clarinet and piano.

In 2009 I was accepted in an agency in Tucson, AZ and trained with them for modeling, acting, and dance. I am very excited I have been given another opportunity to work with an agency in Seattle, WA. I am very dedicated to achieving my goals. I drive two hours to Seattle at least once a week, to do photos, auditions and workshop classes just to prepare for IMTA. Not including modeling gigs or acting jobs. This is what I am passionate about and I can't wait to go to LA to perform what I have been working on for years.

For those of you who dont know, I had to hold off on the 2017 visit to LA. I have been working harder than I ever have to get to the 2018 convention.I am way more prepared and gaining so much experience to bring with me. I even competed in the Miss America Organization this year for Miss Whatcom County to help gain more confidence and interview skill, and thats exactly what I got. I still go to Seattle at least once a week and work on either short films, and modeling jobs with my agency. I am very dedicated and I cant wait to bring this dream to life!

In LA I will be spending a week, January 9th-13th, competing and being judged by the industry's top agents, managers and casting directors. IMTA is where they come to meet and discover new talent. Some faces who were discovered at the IMTA competition; Ashton Kutcher, Josh Duhamel and Katie Holmes.
