I am Emily Lovette, and I am raising money for to travel to Philly for the Democratic National Convention in July. This past Saturday, the 12th District Democrats of North Carolina elected me to represent them at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia from July 25-28.
I have lived in the 12th district of North Carolina for 2 years, and I have made a great life for myself there. Since I learned about the honor of being elected as a National Delegate, I have been very interested in the prospect.
But now that I am actually going, I will need to raise money. Elected delegates are responsible for funding the trip by themselves, and the costs include that of hotel accomadations, travel, transportation, both to and within Philadelphia, and food.
I'm so excited to travel to the Democratic National Convention as a delegate representing North Carolina's 12th district. Any amount that you can contribute will be greatly appreciated!!!
