Emergency Dental Help!

I never do this but I am legitimately in need of some help.
Those who know me, know I am self-employed and without dental benefits of any sort. I make enough to barely scrape by and haven't been able to save for emergencies. On top of that I have 4 pretty bad teeth (my bottom molars) that need attention.
Over the weekend I woke up and looked like the picture I am including. I had been dealing with some pain but nothing like this. I had to attend an emergency dental clinic to see what they could do. An xray was taken ($) and I was put on antibiotics and ibuprofen ($). I can barely open my mouth, cant eat solid foods, am in an incredible amount of pain on the swollen side paired with persistent numbing pain on the other and I wake up in pain everyday, so basically im living in a nightmare.
Now comes the worst part... the tooth causing the infection /swelling is so far gone it needs to be extracted asap ($$) plus on the other side I have one getting just as bad but needs a root canal asap also ($$$$).
I am panicking and dont know how I can come up with this money to take care of my very important dental needs and am left asking for any, absolutely ANY, help you can offer me. Whatever you can send will be beyond appreciated and you will never understand how much it will mean to me.
