El Salvador- Building Houses

Hi Friends and Family! 

I am an active member of the Rotary Interact Club.  Rotary is a club with the motto "Service Above Self" and focuses on uniting the community by doing service projects and international projects to help those in need. 

I am fortunate to have been chosen to be part of the group representing the Rotary Interact Club of Michigan to participate in a mission trip to Talnique, El Salvador in April. Our goal is to build as many homes as possible to provide families with shelter before the monsoon season hits. 

Due to my love of sports, and passion to bring happiness to the lives of others, I will be bringing an extra suitcase filled with soccer balls and ball pumps to distribute to many children throughout El Salvador. My goal of $1500 will be used to personally fund my trip including, my flight, hotel, food, transportation, international fees, travel expenses as well as, soccer balls and ball pumps.
