Eli's Adoption

We had to start expediting Eli's adoption due his health condition so we will be going to China much sooner than what we had expected.  We are so excited to go bring our son home and his health and well being is number one to us. We love him with all his hearts. However due to expediting the process, we have not been able to apply to many of the grants we planned to and will leave before almost all grants would be awarded to us. We are doing multiple fundraisers and are trying to raise at least 5,000$ from all of them. When Eli comes home, he will need very serious heart surgery very quickly. Bill will have to take time off work to go to China and when we come home to bond, and be there for Eli's surgery. He does not have paid time off.  This has been very emotional for us not being able to hold him and help him through this, and it's not easy for us asking for help. We appreciate everyone that has helped, prayed, supported, or thought about us. We have been blown away by people's kindness. Also we have the best friends and family anyone could ask for. Words could never express how much it means to us that you love Eli already and are in our lives. He has so many people that already will always be part of his and our story because they have fought and helped bring him home. We love you all SO much and are so blessed to have every single one of you in our lives. Thank you for supporting us as a family and welcoming our children with open arms into your hearts and lives. I promise, we as a family will pay all the kindness forward :) Love you all. Love makes a Family!!!
