Eddie Morenos Medical/Therapy Fund

I am setting up this fund for our son Eddie Moreno. Eddie’s whole life changed on the early morning of March 26, 2011 due to a road rage incident. Eddie was shot, and the bullet shattered his jaw. Not only did it shatter his jaw, but his dreams as well. He had dreams of becoming a coach, so he could make a difference in kids’ lives. Most importantly, the bullet severed his spinal cord at level C2/C3. He is now paralyzed, and completely ventilator dependent. We were told Eddie would not survive through the morning. Here we are 4 ½ years later, and he continues to fight! The past few years Eddie has had to learn a new way of living. He continues to stay positive, and has faith that one day God will grant him a miracle. Living with this type of injury is extremely expensive. Just to name some his expenses… medical bills, continued therapy, and nursing staff. Unfortunately, Insurance does not cover all cost. We are asking for help in covering these expenses.
