Ecuador Medical Brigade Trip
Donation protected
I have wanted to make a positive impact for as long as I can remember, and I have recently been given the opportunity to volunteer for an amazing cause. During Spring Break, I will be traveling with 15 Purdue students and medical professionals to underserved communities in Quito, Ecuador. This medical brigade is organized with Timmy Global Health Headquarters, in order to provide continuous and sustainable medical care for high-risk, chronic patients, as a Timmy clinic is set up in those same communities every couple of months by each chapter. Prior to the trip, we will learn about Ecuadorian culture, take specific lessons in Spanish, and host mock-clinics in order to prepare. I am eager to begin this journey, but I will have to pay for my flight to and from Ecuador, along with helping to fund our supplies and trip expenses. Any donations are greatly appreciated. If you want to learn more about the trip or have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I will post updates of the trip, so everyone can experience this alongside me. Thank you, this means the world to me.
