Michigan State Slam Poetry Team

The Slam Poetry Team at Michigan State University is committed to helping students perfect their poetry writing and performing skills. We offer a comfortable environment for students to write and share poetry. Our funds are low, and as a result we are unable to attend competitions or bring other slam poets to our campus. Any funding would be hugely appreciated, and it will all go towards reducing individual costs for performing and also towards bringing poets to East Lansing to perform and work with our club members. The university offers us no funding, and we are trying to offer the best experience possible to our members. Please, help us out!
