Great north swim
In a few months time Cat, Verity and I will be taking part in the great North swim in order to raise money for the charity 'Stockport Without Abuse'. The great North swim consists of a 1 mile open water swim in lake windermere.
Stockport without abuse is a charity who offer a range of services to men, women and children who have been/are affected by domestic abuse.
Charities like SWA rely on the support of the public so that they can continue to prevent and protect those at risk, as well as empower victims to increase their resilience and regain lifelong independence.
