Help Keep a Roof Over Tia's Head

My name is Erin Comeau & I am trying to raise $2000 to get a friend of mine into a safe apartment and back on her feet. Tia lost both of her parents at a young age, has no other family and has been on her own for much of her life. She's a veteran that was homeless after her many years of service, sleeping in her car and living in & out of shelters. She's been working 2 jobs, barely making ends meat but was able to find an apartment that she could afford. After 2 years of struggling on her own in an unsafe apartment complex, she can no longer live there anymore due to the conditions. She has no savings and cannot afford a deposit down on another apartment. Once again she's preparing to be homeless. Tia never asks for help and she would give the shirt off her back for anyone even knowing that she doesn't have much.  Tia is a very private person and would be embarrassed if she knew I did this. I want to be able to help keep a roof over her head by giving her enough for a deposit down on another apartment and maybe a little extra to fill her fridge.  She has to be out by Jan 1st. Please help if you can...
