"The House Of Sym"(building a home)

I am a low income artist here in Philadelphia I’ve been aiming to build a multimedia label entitle” House of Sym” that focusing on blending urban authenticity and old world elegance through fashion, art, and community building. I’ve been pretty successful with maintaining consistent content but I believe its time for a step up, Time to build a home.
I came across  what seemed to be an abandoned house in the east falls area  I wanted to move into this house and fix it up by hand ultimately creating a space for other low income artist to either showcase their work or have a comfortable place to create. The goal is to turn this beautiful property into a studio spcae, gallery space, and event  venue 
The plan would be to rehabilitate and rejuvenate, and refresh, turning this once dilapidated, gorgeous character into a flowing refreshing establishment.
