Downtown Plainfield Clean-Up

Downtown Plainfield Alliance will be hosting a community cleanup of our downtown on Earth Day, Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 9am. We will meet at the Downtown Plainfield Train Station in Plainfield, New Jersey (East Fourth Street/NY-bound side). Of course, the main thing we need is your support through volunteering on that day in order to make the cleanup as successful as possible.

We also need money to buy bags and gloves for our volunteers. We estimate this will cost us $100.00. Any extra funds will go directly towards the purchase of flowers and planting supplies that will be planted around the downtown area (chiefly at the train station).

The cleanup will make our entire downtown clean of litter and debris and will keep our environment clean.

We would be so greatful to reach our $100.00 goal. This will be our first campaign. We would be even more grateful if you show up and bring your families and friends out to help clean up our downtown.
