Doug (William) Bonds passed from this world in a car accident. A semi-truck pulled out in front of him and he swerved over, saving the life of his son Taylor, who was in the passenger seat. Taylor managed to walk away from the accident with minor lacerations and a burn from the airbag thanks to his father’s quick thinking and selfless actions.
Doug was an outstanding human being. He was always there to lend a hand when it was needed. Even when he was down on his own luck, he was there to help someone else who was down on their luck. He is loved by everyone who was allowed to get to know him.
Doug is survived by his wife Terrie, and their 4 children, Aaron, Avery, Taylor and Savannah. Terrie is living with cancer and due to her regular doctor appointments and chemotherapy sessions, she is unable to work. Doug was the breadwinner for Terrie and their children.
We ask that you open your heart and help out this phenomenal family in their time of need. The world has stopped for them, as they try to get through this terrible, unexpected loss, but unfortunately time still goes on and the bills still need to be paid.
