Help me raise awareness of the need for a safe house in Yirrkala to support victims of Family and Domestic Violence. Many woman of the Yirrkala have informally expressed the need for a safe place within community.
Throughout July I will be giving up alcohol in an effort to raise funds to assist and facilitate a walk from Yirrkala to Cape Arnhem. Domestic and family violence has touched many of our lives, including mine, with the funds we hope to build community interest to support this project.
Regardless of the amount it all makes a difference.
