Auzaye has been a leader in the music industry, now we want to lead in our community to make an impact, and make it matter.
Our goal is to provide an opportunity to contribute directly to residents of Flint, Michigan who are in need of clean drinking water. We have teamed up with Pastor David Bullock of Detroit, MI to deliver water on Feb. 29, 2016 the last day of Black History Month directly to the people who need it the most in Flint, MI.

Background:
The water crisis in Flint, MI has affected the lives of over 102,000 people including 10,000 children. High levels of lead have plagued Flint’s municipal water supply for at least a year, prompting extensive emergency measures to keep residents safe. Approximately 6,000-12,000 children in Flint have been exposed to drinking water with high levels of lead which may cause a range of serious long term health problems. The polluted water is also a possible cause for an outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease that has claimed the lives of 10 people and 87 others affected.
The Auzaye seeks to assist the people of Flint, Michigan, by leading a campaign entitled “Making an Impact, Making It Matter”; during this effort Auzaye will raise at least $3,667 to purchase 50,000 water bottles to provide clean water for the residents of Flint, Michigan.
Water & Shipping Cost
We have negotiated our prices with Value Wholesale Distributors located in Detroit, MI which is approximately one hour’s driving distance from Flint, MI. One Mac-Truck load of water is equivalent to 19 pallets at $3,667. The have agreed to a delivery date and time of Monday Feb. 29, 2016 @ 4PM.

It only cost $3,667 to ship 38k+ bottles to Flint, MI

Auzaye will send representatives to deliver the water to the individuals who need it the most. We have relationships with community leaders including Pastor David Bullock who has already worked with celebrity donors to deliver water into the community of Flint, MI.
We have communicated with community leaders in Detroit and Flint, MI to organize the delivery of water to House of Prayer Missionary Baptist Church. We have confirmation from Value Wholesale Distributors located in Detroit, MI they will deliver the water on February 29, 2016.
Community leaders in Flint, MI will organize an effort to people in need to come to the church and pick up as much water as they need. We will also have water delivered to underprivileged families who may not have appropriate transportation to come pick up the water.
The entire delivery of the water to Flint, MI will be video documented to show all who contributed funds exactly where their donations went.
