Disable veteran Homestead

2015 I brought some land with the intention for homesteading and growing a farm to feed the people. However, as a disable veteran I could not get the help need from my bank to clear 40 acres to put in the fruit trees as well as the vegetables. I have 3 more months before it will be to late to plant another crop. I also need to fence off from the deer and other animals from eating what is being grow. My intention are to help those who can not afford to buy vegetables or fruit only to get home and food is so bad it will  need to be thrown away. I do not use chemicals on any food. God said plant, water and I'll provide the increase. This my charge from God. Now I need your help to continue with my charge. Any help you can and will provide would be a blessing and I'd be so grateful.
