Desperate To Be Free!!!!

Six years ago, in 2010, I made the best, but the most frightening decision of my life. I snuck away from my abusive husband and hitchhiked 1,172 miles home to my mom. It took me a long time to get the nerve to leave him because a month before, I made my first attempt and he hunted me down and dragged me back to the house. I was beaten so badly that I was struck unconscious. I was beaten so badly that I had miscarried the child I was caring. He had killed my baby. I’ve never gotten over it. At the next opportunity, I packed what little belongings I had and waited until he fell asleep. I left with one suitcase, two plastic garbage bags, and no shoes. I walked one mile to my nearest neighbor’s house and looking at me, knew my situation, and drove me into town. She gave me a bit of money to call my family, and fed me. It took me three days and five kind truckers to get me to my mother’s. The next day my mother took me to the courthouse to file for divorce. Because I was indigent, I received a fee waiver allowing me to process the paperwork. The next step was to have the papers served on him. I had the police department in the town where he lived serve him. To no surprise, he wouldn’t sign. Ultimately, the court closed my case. This only opened the can of worms I knew he would open. He began stalking me and threatening me again. I’m not afraid to admit that I am scared and paranoid, looking over my shoulder constantly. Knowing that he has moved, and knowing I no longer have a valid address in which to serve him, I recently called the court to see if I can reopen the case, and once again she said I no longer qualify for a fee waiver. To make matters worse, because of the economy, I recently lost my job and am unable to pay the filing fee and the fees required to run the legal notice in the paper. I’m beyond broken at this point. In a desperate attempt to break free from this man, I’m here asking you, my Facebook friends, for help. If you can donate just one dollar to my Go Fund Me account, I will forever be in your debt. I need $270.00 court fees and $100 for the cost to run the legal notice. Below is my GFM account information if you find that you can help me finally be free from this man!
