Ryan&Brittany's Infertility Journey

Our story is much like any other. We met, we fell in love, we married. After that our story turns from happily newly married couple to a heartbreaking struggle with infertility.  Each month the same thing, no baby and everyone wants to know when one's coming. Well, we want to know too. In December our ob/gyn realized she was unable to help us conceive so she turned us to a reproductive specialist. We prayed and prayed and after many tears we faced the reality that the reproductive clinic was our best next step. So here we are; at the beginning of a new path in our conception journey. It's scary, overwhelming, and very expensive. Insurance is great but infertiity is rarely covered and not at all in our case. Some friends recommended starting crowd funding in lieu of the direct sales I had started. We both work and have side gigs on top of our full time positions. It's just too much to cover and we would love if our community would reach out to help us conceive. They say it takes a village to raise a child, who knew sometimes it take a village to conceive one too.
