Delaney’s hip dysplasia equipment

Delaney is 8 months old and has Hip dysplasia, which means her leg is completely dislocated and requires surgery. She was only diagnosed last week and has her surgery this coming Thursday. So we’re not very prepared financially.

After the surgery, Delaney will be in a full “froggy cast” which means she won’t be able to sit comfortably and safely in an average car seat, sit in her bouncer or fit in her current pushchair. The car seat alone costs £220 and a beanbag so she can sit comfortably at home is around £40. which just before Xmas we don’t have spare..

Anything donated would be greatly appreciated and will go towards getting her this special car seat and the other equipment needed to make her as comfortable as possible whilst she has treatment

I’ve attached a little bit of a description of what surgery she is having, and the car seat she needs. Also a googled picture of the cast she’ll have on and evidence of her diagnosis and surgery date.  It breaks my heart having to set this up, but I know many of my family and friends would like to donate to her and I’m overwhelmed with the support from you all.
