Dee Bryant Lost Her Home

My name is Dani Bryant and with the help of my friend Erica Barnes (who is running this account), we are asking you to help my mother. Dee Bryant, artist, retired GP teacher and longtime Gatlingburg Community member has lost her home and everything in it in the Gatlinburg wildfires. She needs your support.


Dee bought the house in the late 70's and has lived there ever since. Her daughter Dani Bryant grew up there. The house even survived a fire in the mid-80s, but on Monday night the home was lost.


Dee is an amazing artist and in her retirement turned her home into a beautiful art studio filled with past and on going art projects. We hope to raise money to help Dee get back on her feet and so that she can make art once again.


Dee will have access to this money immediately to help her with important and immediate needs such as clothes, food, temporary housing for her and Frodo the Dog, as well as helping her build build back up her art supplies which is not just a hobby, but in retirement, her livelihood.
