It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Declan Emmet Carroll was born on May 10, 2019 at 5:14 PM with no heart beat. He is such a loved precious little boy with red hair, tiny feet and perfect little lips. He is now our perfect little angel who we already miss terribly.
