Send Deb to Democratic Convention

The Democratic National Convention is in Philadelphia this July. I was nominated by the Bernie Sanders campaign to join a committee of the DNC and participate in planning of the future of the Democratic Party.  

The effort will be expensive as the DNC requires us to stay in specific hotels and as a result, the cost to participate is difficult for me to surmount single-handedly or on short notice. The funds will be exclusively used for my flight, housing, and transportation.

I am hoping to be about to attend the convention because people shouldn't need to be wealthy to be able to participate in democracy, and we seek to build a party that reforms policies that keep people from particating, whether intentionally or not. I seek to help build a more fair political climate for everyone. 

If you believe in me and my politics, please help me get to Philadelphia and participate in this effort. I will be forever thankful for your help. This is not about me, it is about us.
