This is a FREE event for everyone to attend and for the youth to participate. This year there will be NO losers!! We are counting on your support to help us achieve our goal of gifting each youth with a $25 savings bond. The youth of DC will be singing, dancing, modeling, poets, skits and much much more. There will be special appearances from Mayor Muriel Bowser, Chief Lanier, Council Members and some of DC's hottest entertainers on the entertainment panel.
