Hi I am Cy Thompson and I was born in the Virgin Islands. I grew up in a family of competitive sailors racing throughout the Caribbean, so the apple didnt fall far from the tree!
Rio 2016 Olympic Games are 7 months away, and I need a little help raising money to get the proper training and coaching leading up to the Games. I have already qualified for the Olympics in the Laser, but now its really time to buckle down and make the final preparations.
Anything that can be donated will be used to get proper coaching, cover travel costs to events, and the ability to sail on the Olympic Waters leading up to the Games.
It is important to receive this funding quickly so that I can schedule my upcoming events and training.
Being able to raise this money and represent the Virgin Islands to the best of my ability means a lot to me and I cant thank you enough for your consideration in helping fulfill my Olympic Campaign.
