Rotary Clubs throughout Australia are banding together to help drought effected farmers all over the country. My Rotary Club the Rotary E-Club of Next Gen has chosen to help the drought effected farmers of Western Queensland.
On a recent trip to cater the Birdsville Races our club members as well as other Rotarians saw firsthand the drought ravaged countryside. “Cattle can’t eat rocks” was a common theme in a presentation made to our club recently by members who attended the Birdsville Races.
We want to “pass the hat around” and being an E-Club are mustering the resources of the internet to help the farmers doing it tough. Please share this link with your friends on facebook, encourage them to put a couple of dollars in. As little as much as they would like. We will pass this money onto the farmers through the resources of Rotary.
